The staff took our complaints seriously when we decided to check out early, even offering us lunch at their onsite restaurant as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, they saved us from missing our early morning flight by providing an early wake-up call due to confusion with the time change. The range of services offered, from room service to valet parking, contributed to a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's room was extremely tiny for a family of three, making it challenging and uncomfortable to move around, overlooking Ataturk airport. Despite the small size that made maneuvering difficult, the service, especially from Mr UMUT and Imran, was very friendly and helpful. The location was strategic, near Armoni Park Outlet and many stores, albeit a bit misleading at first but convenient for travelers with early flights as it is close to Ataturk Airport. The dining experience, although quite poor and lacking in variety, presented succulent steaks. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
